Preparation of a new multi-jurisdictional lottery operator.

Achieved successful project turn-around and new go-to-market strategy within 12 months of a then dysfunctional project. Set-up and launch of the first pan-african lottery operator in six countries: Senegal, The Gambia, Ivory Coast, Republic of Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo and Kenya. Various mandates and directorships in the subsidiaries in Luxembourg, Mauritius and participating countries.

Direct responsability for all multi-jurisdictional games, totalizing 66% of the total turnover. Negotiation of new partnerships: Lotto, PMU, ... achieving 30% turnover growth and increase market share. Mandates: - Member of the multi-jurisdicational Euromillions management committee (2004-2012); - Member of the Lotto steering committee, managing the bilateral relationship with Westlotto (2005-2012); - Chairman of the Euromillions Security Committee (2008-2010).

Achieved and maintained first BS-7799:2, ISO:27001, WLA 2002-2006 certifications in Luxembourg.

Launch of Euromillions game in Luxembourg, general project management.

New European Internet strategy of Nationwide Global for seven European countries (on- and off-shore markets, B2B and B2C channels, multi-branding) - Project definition, budgeting and implementation (12,5 million EUR, 35 persons within project organisation, 5 departments plus external providers); - Re-engineering of the Internet IT approach, related business processes, legal, marketing, help-desk and compliance issues; - Management of the existing offer, administration team and customer helpdesk.
