Promoted to the Head of PMO taking on the full responsibility of the Hub’s PMO in addition to managing global crisis and the end-to-end Continuous Improvement Program. End-to-end management of a Continuous Improvement Program comprising 30+ projects and initiatives aiming at improving MT’s largest Hub’s main challenges. Pro-active stakeholder communication, management and alignment to streamline initiatives and efforts towards seamless customer satisfaction. Scope included Quality, Collaboration, Communication and Delivery and Operational Performance. Management of the first Covid “Task Force” aiming at preventing customer impact due to disrupted global supply chains.

Project Manager for strategic cross-functional and cross-sector (Consumer, Pharma, Medical Devices & Consumer Medical Devices) logistics projects and programs in EMEA. End-to-end accountability for leading, coordinating and directing efforts of interdisciplinary teams responsible for the assessment, design, process and launch of key strategic projects. Interface with all Supply Chain and business functions to enable a successful, in time and budget project delivery.

Member of a specialized team accountable for managing crises for major EMEA and Global Supply Chain disruptions with risks to finished goods supply to the end customer. Crises identification, escalation and management to full resolution enabling quick product resupply to markets. Pro-active identification of possible crises through continuous risk sensing in a fast paced market and environment.

Designed, implemented, and oversaw projects focused on Supply Chain improvements and cultural change towards Lean thinking and culture in a production environment. Managed, developed, and implemented site-wide and global KPI and other metrics including defining subsequent steps to support sustainability and ongoing success. Conducted continuous process analysis, redesign, and improvement while maintaining focus on local and global Supply Chain management.
