• Managing equipment rental and equipment repair purchase orders • Procuring equipment and material from multiple vendors for oil and gas projects • Receiving invoices • Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies • Assuring compliance with procurement policies and standards

Data Entry for the Billing Department

• Authorizing use in various banking and financial applications • Advising others on authorization issues • Unblocking user accounts & Managing the Authorizations mailbox • Reporting statistics and data • Collaborating on projects with team-mates
