As the team responsible for App & Web Development at dormakaba, I lead the development and operation of digital web and application solutions around dormakaba‘s wide range of complex product portfolio. A major focus is to build a global and broad e-commerce platform to integrate the wide variety of products with their advanced configurations.

As the responsible product manager in a new business unit within the Vorwerk Group (Temial), I fundamentally orchestrated and delivered the Temial Tea Machine as an Internet of Things product and subsequently the customer-facing services associated with the product, such as the Mobile App or the SAP Commerce-based Shop Solution, from the early conception phase to the successful market launch.

Digital division leadership and steering of digital teams (6 FTE‘s) for projects in public transport, local institutions and as well as safety campaigns of the federal states. Driving the digital transformation towards agile project management (Scrum), sparring partner for the further development of applied technologies and tools (e.g. RRX) Conducting training courses (IoT in mass transit, social Media, SEO/SEA, Analytics, Project Monitoring.

My diploma thesis led me to found the mobile app viewple, which was supported by business angels and European venture capital funds. A mobile solution was created to collect and visualize social media activities in TV and Video-on-Demand Media from different sources in a synchronized chronological order.

My digital experience I learned through my operational projects and great curiosity in early years of the world wide web. A sum of twelve years of professional experience in planning, realization and implementation of digital products (web, mobile and embedded systems) in agencies and on client side accompanied me from my school days to my studies.
