Agility Master ist Eine von drei Rollen in der agilen Unternehmensstruktur bei der DB Systel GmbH. Beim Agility Master liegt die Personalverantwortung für alle Mitglieder innerhalb der Einheit. Eine Einheit hat zwischen 50 und ca. 160 Mitarbeiter. Zusätzlich ist der Agility Master Organisationsentwickler und kümmert sich auch auf übergeordneter Ebene um einen reibungslosen und optimierten Ablauf innerhalb des Wertschöpfungsnetzwerkes.

Programmleiter für Infrastrukturthemen bei der DB Station&Service. Darunter u.a. Videoüberwachungsausbau für die Bundespolizei und Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb der technischen Anlagen der Bahnbetriebszentralen (3SZentralen).

My current role is international project manager for a german mail-provider. One of the project goals is to develop a mail-system for foreign markets. My team is distributed in England, Germany and other non-EU countries.

My role as a member of the board was called Director IT. I was responsible for the IT-strategy, -architecture and -budget. My team was responsible for all IT-related concerns. I was in close contact to customers like Landesbank Baden-Wuerttemberg, Siemens and IBM to analyze their procurement processes and develop and customize a web-based application to optimize and finally automate these processes. I hereby acted as a project manager across all internal and external project teams.

My last role as a member of the board was called Head of IT. My responsibility was to lead the IT department, which was divided into three sections: Application Development, Web-Development and IT-Administration. The size of the teams were, pending on the workload, between 5 and 10 employees each. During this period I succesfully completed various projects of different sizes. Development of an internet platform for freelancers and customers, which won the prize of best innovation in 2008.

I worked for Hays as a part of my studies. I had the chance to have a close look at different departments including Sales, Finance and Legal Services, Marketing, Human Resources and IT Development/Administration. The main focus was set on the IT-Development department, where I spent most of my time. I was given small projects with well-known customers for developing web-based applications like content-management-systems.

For Ascena I worked in projects with customers to develop content-management-systems with interfaces to procurement systems. With these interfaces it was possible to follow an approval process to order commodities. In this time I had close contact to customers like BASF IT-Services and other well-known customers across Germany. The main technologies I used were Coldfusion MX, Coldfusion Server, Oracle 8i and MS-SQL Server.

I worked for Ascena as a trainee in the web-development department. As a web-developer I was accountable for developing the in-house websites based on a content-management-system called Allaire Spectra. The main technologies I used were Coldfusion MX, Coldfusion Server and MS-SQL Server.
