In Supplier Onboarding we offer a service to all Bosch Business sectors. We arrange all required actions with suppliers to prepare for a digital procure-2-pay process. From agreeing on a supplier logistics manual, via implementing consignment solutions up to establishing a paperless invoice exchange. Together with our suppliers, we are driving the level of digitization further up.

Responsible to lead all sourcing activities related to steel (mainly flat steel but other kinds of steel, too) within the Bosch Group; starting with bundling the demand across the different business divisions up to deriving a solid soucing strategy per similarity class. Design of awarding concepts that are using elements of the game theory ("advanced negotiation methods", black belt).

Responsible for all sourcing activities within Bosch TT (ca. 20 plants) for the following four material groups: - Flat steel - Steel tubes - Copper- & aluminium-hedging - Coating powder. Experience with advanced negotiation concepts based on game theory.

Responsible for EMS sourcing for Siemens Com's (later on Nokia Siemens Networks) business unit "fixed network infrastructure" (purchasing volume: ca. 40 mio EUR p.a.)

Responsible for coordinating commercial discussions with the core EMS supplier of Siemens' mobile phones division. Close cooperation with Siemens AG ICM's divisional sourcing department.
