Manager of a team of 10 people. Responsible for scheduling of customer projects, material management and employee training as well as employee development of all KNAPP subsidiaries.

- Conception and creation of training concepts for the respective products - Creation of specifications and structures for training courses and training documents - Creation / assistance in the creation of training materials and documents - Creation of electronic trainings (training videos, e-learnings) - Conducting trainings in the respective area of expertise - Training / certification of technicians and trainers - Continuous expansion, development and improvement of training content

In-House Responsibilities: - Creation of the PLC program for the control of the plant - Feedback of improvement potentials during assembly and commissioning to planning and development - Supporting the development departments with new developments Tasks on site: - Independent commissioning of the plant control system at the customer's site - Error analyses on the warehause - Independent testing of the warehause - Support and testing of the warehause
