I gained hands-on experience in various areas during my internship and further employment. I performed basic administrative tasks on Windows Server 2008, such as managing user accounts. I also tested new IT solutions, which allowed me to explore the latest technologies and their potential applications. As a valuable member of the technical support team, I was entrusted with solving fundamental problems reported by users via the helpdesk system.
