I carried out my final diploma project. It was about helping Luxair to obtain the IOSA certification. The IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Programme is an internationally recognized and accepted evaluation system designed to assess effectiveness of the operational management and control systems of an Operator. IOSA is based on industry-proven quality Audit principles, and is designed to ensure that each Audit is conducted in a standardized manner to achieve consistent results.

This program has given to me a wide view of people management; with different points of view and a lot of inputs. We have used several key cases that helped us to better understand how important is to manage people correctly in order to help the company to get better results.
