P&G / Gillette acquisition integration leader responsible for supply chain solutions across Europe and middle east / Africa. The $54B Gillette acquisition by P&G in 2005 successfully integrated 98% of Gillette‘s $12B sales into P&Gs $56B business within 18 months.

Strategy development and master planning. Responsible client management, service and initiative delivery for supply chain solutions across Europe and Africa/Middle East/Eastern Europe. Managed large initiative portfolio ($20MM+) supporting order shipping billing, commercial and customer planning, logistics execution and customer service analytics. Management of a global team across Boston, Frankfurt and multiple sites in India (~75FTEs) Financial management of $20MM+

Responsible for integration of planning and manufacturing solutions across Gillette‘s divisions: core Blades/Razors, Duracell, Parker & Waterman, Oral-B and Braun Appliances. IT solutions & infrastructure leader for the new business startup of European outsourced packaging operation in UK. Acquisition integration of Duracell. Responsible for intercompany shipping solution for Gillette.

Initiative and service management for Gillette’s logistics function based in Frankfurt liaising with 7 hub sites that were supported from Germany. Requirements analysis for supply chain planning sytems and management of developers in London & Berlin Development and implementation support for all planning and intercompany billing solutions.

Technical design lead for a customer and product profitability solution developed in Germany and rolled out across Europe. Solution integration with core MIDAS banking platform. Cross functional role responsible for qualifying data integrity of analysis prior to release.

Responsible for design / developing a risk management module of MIDAS banking solution including development of SWIFT messaging platform and fallover solution with for disaster recovery team Core designer / developer responsible for architecting new Personal Equity Plans module within Investment division (Capital House).

Initial assignment in IT operations responsible for day to day mainframe operations of MAAPICS manafacturing solution. Following promotion, trained as software developer on manufacturing and bespoke solutions for marketing / sales prospect management.
