Expertise support in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Electronics Manufacturing for global organization Design for Manufacturing (DfM) responsible related to electronics assembly Global responsibilities in electronics manufacturing standardization. Global responsibilities in manufacturing cost calculation and CapEx. As part of quotation terms, I'm responsible for developing the most cost efficient electronics production process.

Coordination of start-up projects in sample phase with focus on timing plan and costs; Interfacing between customer and Prototyping Team both in mechanical and electronics sub-departments; Quality responsibilities related to Design Validation (DV Test) and customer complains; Financial responsibilities for samples price quotation and investments; Building a competitive and professional team, prepared to take over complex engineering tasks.

Support New Product Introduction(NPI) activities in SMT for all Hella wold-wide production units by using UnicamFX and Valor MSS (vPlan); Creating placement programs for all used SMT Machines: Siemens ASM , FujiNXT, FujiCP742, Assembleon (AX5/AX201), Yamaha(YG100A); Creating Centroid files for AOI and AXI Machines: Act in order to obtain standardization in programming of all Hella SMT Lines; DfM key role for the Global organization.

Minimizing the downtime in SMT Area; Ensure that the equipment and the processes are running within specified requirements; Provide training for technicians and operators in SMT area; Monitoring the placement process and acting when is out of parameters; Optimizing the placement programs and analyzing the line performance.

Ensure the proper functioning of all equipment in the Radio Studio; Maintain the audio and broadcasting system; Bring solutions for continuous improvement; To be available at any time of day or night in case of failure in broadcasting.
