I am responsible of the development of the license cost model. This Excel based tool is used by sales employees to calculate software licensing costs for large companies. I am also responsible of the development of the IT service management, based on ITIL standard.

I was working in the AIT department which was responsible of the assembly, integration and test of satellite payloads. My role was to review and enhance the cost model, which was used to estimate the final cost of a fully assembly payload. This Excel tool is also used by the project manager to control costs and capture contingency. Another aspect of my job was to develop new tools industrial capacity management.
