 Collaborate with the engineering design group, contractors, and project management; to ensure timely generation of effective solutions to design challenges for the Canadian Navy’s Arctic Offshore Patrol Ship project (AOPS).  Create, manage, and maintain project databases as well as overall situational awareness of the design and contract status of the project.  Chair various design and management meetings to process and approve changes to project configuration items.

Design and manufacture of micro-controller based LED simulators to drive the optogenetic activation of transgenic cell cultures. I was responsible for all aspects of the project: including the establishment of requirements, design and manufacture of the hardware, creating the application software, and commissioning.

 Operate in a command and control capacity for a team of upwards of eight personnel, providing guidance and maintaining good order and discipline.  Teaching military and medical skills to new and experienced troops.  Provide both clinical and emergent care in a wide array of environments, both in group and independent settings.  Function as an active part of a combat group: both dismounted and mechanized.

 Management and control of incoming communications for upwards of six independent projects.  Liaise with various internal departments and external contractors to ensure quick and effective problem/query resolution.  Create, manage, and maintain project databases.  Present regular situational reports at managerial meetings.
