* Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity. * Perform process and system testing and track performance by area to locate and solve problems in data integrity, productivity, and efficiency. * Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventories. * Reconciliation of accounts for various sales representatives. * Graphical representation of sales and products trend

* Negotiate, close deals & handle complaints or objections * Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services * Help banker to attain approval on new account openings. * Activation of service channels (debit card, mobile banking, chat banking, internet banking, point of sales banking) * Assist the bank in enhancing the quality of service delivery relating to credit applications * Read financial briefings related to the borrower to the bank * Embark on risk assessment analysis

* Maintain strong clientele relationships with customers. * Analyze customer’s complaints and recommend solutions * Send newsletters, emails, and other forms of correspondence to customers. * Forward all filed claims to the appropriate department for handling and investigation. * Discuss with customers on the telephone and provide information on the company’s products and services * Record all conversations with clients with details of inquiries or complaints and action steps that were taken
