Spearheaded the company’s robust centralized consent and preference management system, replacing a SaaS provider and generating projected savings of millions USD long term. Pioneered and delivered the first customer IAM platform with OIDC/OAuth2, now securing access for millions of customers. Designed and operate the first Customer 360 application with the company’s first graph DB, enabling a unified, strategic view of customer data across all services.

Proposed and implemented an enterprise-grade Elastic Stack to replace the company’s limited low-code platform monitoring, enabling full observability, rapid issue identification, and a 10x improvement in API performance (reducing response times from 5+ seconds to under 500ms).

Acquired expertise in risk identification, impact assessment, and incident response; securing networks, infrastructures, and digital assets; preventing attacks; ensuring data privacy; and protecting organizational reputation. Trained under Stanford faculty and leading cybersecurity professionals from Google, LinkedIn, Symantec, and LifeLock.

First master’s thesis at the university to be successfully defended virtually, awarded an “Excellent” grade. This pioneering defense enabled the university to explore and later adopt the virtual defense format during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thesis Project: “Didactic Use of ICT: Potentialities, Implications, and Contribution to Overcoming the Second Digital Divide in Tarija, Bolivia”

Valedictorian: Graduated top of the entire university cohort as the single highest-ranking student across all academic programs. Selected to deliver the official valedictorian address. Degree Project: Physical Simulation for the Reconstruction of Automobile Accidents: Designed and implemented a computational model to simulate vehicle collisions and reconstruct accident scenarios with high accuracy.
