Paula Kwaschik

In 2018, I was PO for the Business Intelligence Team and the Assessments Team that owned the symptom assessment - Ada’s core feature. Since Jan 2019, I’ve been working with the Medical Service Team. We own the central backend service that provides and improves Ada’s unique medical knowledge for Ada’s product suite.

At ftwk -an innovation agency in healthcare - I owned the product role in diverse settings. I was the Product Owner for a B2B iOS tablet app, team member in design sprints for a digital acceleration programme, and part of our client acquisition team.

I was responsible for a complex e-learning product that addressed learners of all ages and all subjects. It was my job to define all strategic aspects of the product but also to work directly with designers and engineers to adjust the 3rd party software we used.

2006-2009: Student Assistant & Freelance Editor (parallel to my studies). Main tasks: creating & editing content, QA for digital products. 2009-2010: Traineeship (Volontariat) 2010-2013: Project Manager & Editor. Delivered several digital products, taking care of all aspects: leading team of authors, editing, audio recordings, QA, production. 2013-2014: Programme & Marketing Manager. Responsible for whole product portfolios and their marketing campaigns.
