Main tasks include: • Managing the full recruitment cycle for the London based Global Technology Graduate Programme as well as the Investment Banking UK Summer Internship Programme, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. • Supervision of all apprentices and dual students at Berenberg's headquarter in Hamburg • Leading an Employer Branding Project from a Talent Acquistion's perspective • Supporting the Early Careers Team with general coordination and administrative tasks

• Recruiting and supervision of interns and working students across all teams • Supporting the team with general personnel management such as on- and offboarding processes as well as professional recruitment processes (e.g. interview coordination) • Maintenance of personnel data in SAP
