- Responsible for user experience and site performance, - Ensure relevant brands and assortments are shown to target customers by optimizing the merchandising strategy (country planning), - Select content using a regional approach for the 11 Zalando Lounge websites, - Monitor actuals vs. plan and manage the business performance by driving and executing activities to accelerate sales,

- Produce written marketing materials and implement marketing campaigns, - Develop Key Performance Indicators, and manage the marketing budget, - Manage internal and external communications, and develop media relations, - Generate leads: Inbound marketing, SEO, blog, newsletter (MailChimp), AdWords, - Manage the different websites (Drupal, SharePoint, Wix), - Organize events and product launches.

- Community management: create social media and blog content, photo & video editing, - Create and manage a newsletter, update and maintain the website using Wordpress, - Launch of a new brand: brand guide, press releases, content creation, photoshoots.

- Provide assistance to all customers, - Manage start-up and end-of-day analysis (including cashing up, floats and till usage), - Responsible for processing cash and card payments, - Assist in the receipt of deliveries of merchandise, - Maintain a high standard of presentation and display of merchandise.
