My role in the Internal Recruitment team at Zendesk is to find and approach the most talented candidates with the best attitudes for sought after positions across EMEA.
Mostly I work on sales positions but I dip my toe in engineering and professional services every now and again, predominantly specialising on roles in Northern Europe. I'm also the LinkedIn ambassador for the global recruitment team: attending quarterly QBRs, reporting and managing licenses on top of establishing best practices for the team.
