Developed new group of KPI for R&D Projects through balance scorecard approach allowing new Technological Strategy Planning. Responsible for the portfolio scenario building through MS Project and Primavera applications generating prioritisation and savings of investments. Key member of the first implementation of the Theory of Constraints for Project Management in Brazil supported by Goldratt Consulting reducing project lead times by around 30%.

Responsible for the technical and financial control of supplying contracts with interaction with Procurement, Engineering and Finance Department. Revised and implemented new financing process provided by the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES), achieving average financing ratio of around 30% per Hydroelectric Plant.

Responsible for the implementation of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) through implementation of procedures and controls. Revised the target measurement for all procedures and controls regarding the Quality Management System ISO 9001. Responsible for inbound components inspection and approval (Wareneingangprüfung) working together with suppliers to improve overall productivity.
