• Development of integrated laser systems for refractive surgery • Maintenance, adjustment and calibration of excimer and femtosecond lasers manufactured by Ziemer, Nidek and Ziess • Laser systems support through laser vision correction surgeries • Provide trainings and writing how-to-use equipment instructions

• Installing, validating, upgrading, repairing, and maintaining co2 and fiber laser systems at customer sites • Supporting internal system-specific processes, e.g., testing and validating laser equipment • Customer on-stie training and remote support • Collaborating with the sales manager and sales team to understand and meet customer needs and expectations
