 Managing the overall INREV annual and quarterly non-listed real estate fund indices production. Achieved record high number of funds participating– 315 funds having €171.6 billion of assets under management.  Monitoring and controlling the ANREV Index in Asia which has increased with 40% in the last year by number of funds.  Developing the Global Real Estate Fund Index (GREFI) and liaising with NCREIF in US and ANREV in Asia.

 Measured the performance of approximately 500 European and more than 100 Asia-Pacific funds non-listed real estate funds. Extended INREV’s Quarterly Index from a two pager to a detailed publication with 26 sub-indices across Europe.  Provided first tier support for INREV members, responding to a wide variety of methodology, usage, interpretational, and technical inquiries. Helped members define their most suitable benchmarks based on investment strategy.

 Developed a market sizing and penetration analysis Excel model, integrating data from world’s largest investors.  Assisted in the preparation of business development materials through the various steps in the fund raising process, including RFI/RFP, sales campaigns and road shows. Assisted in all stages of product development.  Tracked asset allocation targets of key institutional investors and monitored real estate investment allocation gaps.

 Executed multiple shopping centre leasing strategies and assisted in financial reporting, tenant operation analysis  Provided portfolio optimization and restructuring services for retailers in the fashion and services segments.  Involved in due diligence mandates. Executed repositioning/renovation strategies for existing properties.  Structured and negotiated office and retail lease acquisitions for more than 200,000 square meters.

 Accomplished a three-month rotational programme within Treasury, CIB and Quant Analytics departments.  Assisted in cash flow modelling and industry analysis of future and existing clients.

 Executed shopping center leasing transactions and advised retailers on market entry and expansion opportunities.  Prepared presentations, market reports, leasing proposals, brochures and full legal document set for deal closing.
