Project Management • Creation of Capex / Opex Business Case with justification, supporting documents, NPV, IRR, Payback period & follow-up for approval from all level so planned work could be start on time. • Project Procurement Management in coordination with SCM, Procurement of Material/Services from Local or Corporate Vendor, vendor meetings, and Material transfer of required material from other circle to save procurement cost.

• Update progress of Rollout, Project in I-PM (Integrated Project Management)/E-PM. • Generate available reports & make them available to Project Team. • Ensure Site Configuration and Acceptance for every site. • Collect Progress Report from Field Engineers and updating in I-PM.
