I am responsible for working out the concept of entring the new product (electric meter, manyfactured by Energomera) on Polish market. Main tasks: - defining all technical and formal requirements; - investigating energy market in scope of its development and opportunities as well as restrictions and threats; - establishing contacts with potential partners and final customers (energy companies);

I was responsible for preparing investments to realization (agricultural biogas plants) and coordinating energy aspects of realization. Main tasks: - seeking a new locations for biogas plants; - coordinating complete preparation process to invetsment realization; - working out the most effective energy conception (heat and power) dedicated to biogas instalation; - cooperating with energy companies in scope of technical aspects of cooperation between biogas source and energy network.

- Establishing contacts with potential clients (energy comapnies, construction companies) to offer system solutions for electricity supply (transformer stations, switchgears, electrical installations). - Business negotiations with investors. - Project supervising: design documentation, devices production, delivery and installation of the equipment. - Speaker for thematic presentations. - Promotion of a new product on Polish market in a close cooperation with German producer, Hauff-Technik.
