Main responsibilities: • management of projects • development of technical specifications, cooperation with engineering companies, government institutions, subcontractors • review and approval of final designs before the start of the tender • review of tender documents, analysis of the tender evaluation reports as well as review the respective contracts • registration of rights in land for construction • supervision and coordination of power evacuation project and substation reconstruction project

Support to energy audits of municipal energy systems and buildings Upon request, review and contribute to preparation of investment proposals Support introduction of energy management function in partner cities and utility companies Coordinate preparation of assessments related to identification of EE and RE projects Contribute to other Project activities related to energy management and energy efficiency Liaise and collaborate with relevant local authorities and other key stakeholders

- construction of the wind farm from scratch; - projects management ; - development of technical specifications, basic data for Terms of reference for electric grid connection, wind measurements performance, planning of land use, cooperation with engineering companies and goverment institutions; - clearance of land for construction.
