As a Software Quality Manager at Xing I worked with 3 different standing teams on 3 major products of Xing.com platform: Company Profiles, Events and Xing Talent Manger. All teams I worked on were truly cross-functional. We worked in an agile environment using Scrum and Kanban to develop new products.

I started my work at Roche as a Testing Specialist. I worked on various projects throughout the year as a Test Designer and Tester. In my second year I was asked to lead the testing effort for one of the financial projects that was just starting. At that time I was already very interested in agile. Second time around at Nexio my role was more of analytical type. My first project was of a Business Analyst at AXA where I was to analyze the current workflow of Informatics department and propose enhancements if necessary. Secondly I was collaborating on a Web development project with Accenture. In addition I took part in preparing the business offer for Netia as an Analyst, and I was involved in mobile system auction at ERA as a Consultant.

Working as a Trainer at RightSolution I was responsible for leading a course on Visual Modeling for a group of 10-20 clients. In addition I participated in a public segment project at IBM in a Developer role, working on a backend part of a large, country-wide system.

As a Consultant Developer at Nexio my main responsibility lied in expanding various CRA, billing and financial products while working on a team of developers at NETIA. However from time to time I was pulled to a more operational task, such as server rack installations at Powerstation site in Konin.

As a Network Operations Center Analyst my primary responsibility was to actively monitor and quickly solve any network issues at the hotel site level. I was often involved in new equipment installation and configuration by remotely assisting and configuring switches located on site. I was constantly in touch with hotel Managers and Internet Service Providers to smoothly solve bigger scale network issues.

As a Junior Network Analyst my main responsibilities lied mainly in solving network connection issues for hotels, hotel guests and staff. Occasionally I was involved in helping Guest-Tek technicians in installing new hardware units and fixing currently installed ones.

As a Developer at QBS my main responsibility was to migrate existing Java applications from Windows to Linux platform and ensure full and correct functionality in the new environment. I was also involved in development of new features and tailoring existing applications to the clients needs. My third major responsibility was deployment of the application to the client's machines. In addition I was involved in many lighter tasks as documentation creation and WEB site editing.
