Engineered and launched an Azure Data Platform for a retail company, improving data availability for reporting by approximately 45%.

Led the AirVein project, an innovative R&D initiative involving cargo drones for emergency medical supply delivery, overseeing both software and hardware development, including collaboration with aviation authorities and cross-functional teams. Took over and saved the CRIIP project for PKN Orlen, by establishing clear processes, reorganizing the team, and delivering the project on time, within scope, and budget.
