Daily contact with the engineering team and suppliers in Germany, enabling synergy between the VW Poznań and VW Hannover; Close cooperation with professional departments (e.g. engineering, quality, sales, procurement), discussing process phases, stock control in order to secure the series start; Implementing technical changes during pre-series car phase: Working in VW project groups (ID.Buzz, T7)

Developing technical skills by working in three project groups: the ID.Buzz project and the VW T7, as well as power units and engines (T6.1, T7); Responsibility for steering and control of technical changes, achieving project milestones; Supply chain management in the pre-series phase / purchasing parts from the prototype phase to the SOP; Supporting and collaborating with professional departments on engineering releases, optimization and calibration of purchasing parts and supplier selection;
