Implemented various projects in the Microsoft Windows Server ecosystem, including Active Directory, Domain Services, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP, supporting 300+ users. Started implementing VoIP call center services using Issabel with SIP and QoS concepts, resulting in higher uptime, reduced call drop rates, and improved call pickup speed. CCTV design and network infrastructure projects.

Design, installation of high-end computers for rendering and gaming ( 500+ PCs ). Got more familiar with backup procedures and Active Directory, VPN, DHCP and group policies. Part of network design and implementation team for water management co for + 200 users.

In charge of an internal project to computerize the whole warehouse inventory with more than 60,000 items, reducing manual errors and merchandise loss. Implementation and monitoring of AD and GP for the whole building as a work project.

Cut customer support line waiting time by 50% by designing a FAQ based on colleagues’ and customers’ feedback. Design, assemble, troubleshoot, and configure computers. Became the Best IT Technician of the company for the last 6 months.
