Responsible for Tabletop Bone China and Porcelain products sales & marketing across globe. Responsible for sourcing and procurement relevant materials from international market. Responsible to lead team, follow up development, production, shipment. Responsible for taking strategies for continuous growth and development market across globe. Working currently with Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, USA, Crate & Barrel, USA, TSS, USA, Kasanova, Italy, David Mellor, UK, etc.

Responsible to lead sourcing and procurement department for Group (Woven garments and Sweaters all units)

To meet garments factories, buying houses and liaision office to offer textiles products. To develop sample and confirm orders. To follow up bulk production and confirm in time delivery. To make marketing plan and ensure the meeting targets . To build team and lead to achieve overall target. To report management.

To lead a team and look overall operation To make a plan for sales and marketing to achieve objectives. To allocate job to colleagues and follow up their performances. To find vendors, evalute their performances and select new vendors. To check cross costing, confirm consumption and costing. To follow up over all office peformances and reports to management. To keep the record update and confirm shipment. To liaision of the government offices, board of investment, EPB, BGMEA. etc.

To communcate with clients, buying houses, and buyers. To offer products, costing, and confirm orders, To develop samples, follow up bulk production and monitor T&A. To book fabrics, source accessories, and place orders and confirm in house date. To follow up production, confirm shipment date and ensure delviery. To keep communication with clients visit, schedule confirmation and show factory. To report management and identify the bottleneck to solve it.
