Managing the soft and hard services of the city's 200+ building portfolio, through a team of 5 facility managers, and 80+ specialised in-house and contracted staff in various areas such as cleaning, carpentry, plumbing, painters, removals, etc. Keen on driving change, namely by setting up framework agreements, implementing new software, agile and lean procedures and building knowledge databases.

Construction Project Manager for the client on buildings (Schools, Museum, Tourism Office, Theatre, etc.), landscaping and roadworks contracts of 400k€ to 4M€, with concurrent portfolios of up to 6M€. Duties also included quality control, quantity surveying and H&S coordination. Also consulted in several design projects, a Building Maintenance Plan and new CDM and H&S procedures.

Assisted the Project Manager on the refurbishment of a derelict building into an Health Club with a total value of 7,6M€. Was directly responsible for issuing bill of quantities, clearance of invoices, reporting to several key stakeholders, managing local stakeholders, communicating with the design team, setting up meeting agendas and completing routine site inspections.

Assisted the Construction Manager on the building of 33 houses and 2 apartment blocks with a total of 55 apartments with a value of circa 12M€. Was directly responsible for managing the supply chain, both pre and post tendering, managing the internal team, assuring the completion of production documents and supporting the H&S and the Quality Assurance Deputies on site.
