Reporting to the global head of product, I lead a team that determines present and future customer needs and puts together a business case for new products/services. In addition, I own price setting, product P&L, MarComs and develop the entire go-to-market strategy, deciding on marketing/sales/channel approach and budget in the form of a multi-year plan.

I managed the entire certification process and the communication to the client. Such involved using my technical skills and knowledge of ISO9001/14001 standards to assess the conformity of quality/environmental management systems. In addition, I have also performed as an auditor in assessing the compliance to these same standards.
