Leading a 6 iOS developers’ team that works on TUI iOS mobile application. Since we were a feature team end-to-end, I had to make sure the team could deliver every feature in the monthly release. Coding also in Swift and migrating from Objective-C old parts of the application I helped the team to learn Scrum methodology and improve quality over time. As a Lead Developer, I had to set annual goals, having 1:1 meetings and team meetings to improve the processes.

Swift 4 (I performed migration recently from Swift 3 to 4) REALM database Unit tests, End2End tests are in place on Spenser, while on Flux we only have Unit testing with XCTest framework, the mocks are developed by us). Dependency Injection Pattern. Crash rate Spenser 99.98%, Crash rate Flux 99.99%. Monitoring tools (New Relic and Fabric). CI (Bitrise), where our builds are deployed with fully configured pipelines.
