- Assisted Project Manager in claiming outstanding Variation Orders including preparing the backup documents; - Developed the Procedure for Project Mobilisation and Handover of Client Provided Items; - Managed the subcontractors associated with the coating of spare line pipes and the fabrication of all Project temporary and installation aid materials and - Provided supervision during mobilisation, demobilisation and offshore construction.
