• Founded the company and oversaw the development of the worlds first Java-based point of sale software for Investec Bank to use globally. • Expanded the company to be one of the top 3 privately owned point of sale suppliers in Africa, serving 40 000 clients in 12 countries. • Developed and deployed “cashless” payment technologies for First National Bank, the largest bank in South Africa.

• Appointment by the shareholders to restructure the business interest of the company which includes Campeao Lottery and Gaming, an operator of the Brazilian Football Lottery. • Established the corporate governance procedures, investor relations procedures, and shareholders information processes. • Oversaw the development of a mobile application to sell lottery tickets and provide match coverage.

• Acting as an independent non-executive director for the company which operates in the institutional FX (Forex) business. • Attending to regulatory and administrative tasks to ensure compliance with the FCA regulatory body in the UK. • Reviewing and maintaining alignment with the other companies within the holding group. • Approved to be a CF3 by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) in the UK. • Served on the compliance and remuneration committees.

• Was appointed by the shareholders on behalf of government and private shareholders, secured the initial funding of Euro 20 million. • Secured funding for further projects on a debt basis of over Euro 60 million from Old Mutual life insurance company in London. • Grew the portfolio which included public company equities and various property investments to a value exceeding Euro 80 million over a three-year period. • Managed the regulatory requirements of the business and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
