The client had previously deployed SharePoint 2003 and they wanted to use the SharePoint/MOSS 2007 platform for the EDRMS. SharePoint is a product that has a track record of non adoption by users so the accent on the implementation was to create a solution that was user friendly. For me this solution was unique because the overriding concern was to only retain one copy of each document (plus versions) and maintain document security whilst at the same time servicing the needs of a matrix organization

1. Project co-managed the migration of the group from local currencies to a USD functional currency. 2. Project co-managed the deployment of Oracle Financial General Ledger ( Version 11.5.10) across the group. 3. Defined, developed and deployed a management information system for the French Marketing office in Paris.

1. Negotiate with resource managers (development, testing and support) to ensure that we were adequately resourced to fulfil the needs of the release. 2.
