Account Manager, DACH-Region

Remotely providing consultancy and advice on NI technology to new or existing customer bases to aid proficiency in NI hardware and software tools. Meet with end users through on-site visits, tradeshows and events, to assess requirements for large complex systems and help find solutions to key challenges of those systems. Responsible for accelerating revenue within a defined territory through working closely with a variety of customers and aligning the goals of key accounts.

- Providing telephone service to customers regarding National Instruments - Provinding consultancy to NI products with regard to the application of the customer. - Working closely together with Field Sales, techincal specialists to ensure the success of the enquiries of customers. - Representation of National Instruments at tradeshows and other events

Providing technical support regarding the NI hardware- and software-portfolio, from getting started with the products to ensuring a successful realisation of the project. Conducting of training courses for the customer both at the Munich office and at customer locations.
