• Accountable to the Director F&A, member of the Corporate Snacks divestiture team. • Background: per June 1, 2012 P&G divested its global snacks business to The Kellogg’s Company. • Up to deal-closure: Delivered completion of all corporate + commercial finance related matters needed for teh deal closure in EMEA. • After deal closure: Delivered a seamless transition, incl. selling, order-shipping-billing, and budget management services. • Coordinated a multi-functional team of 25+ people across EMEA.

• Accountable to the Associate Director F&A, member of the regional leadership team. • Delivered the offering memorandum for the Punica brand as part of P&G’s global juice divestiture project (together with Goldman Sachs). • Closed P&G’s beverages joint venture partner in Germany, incl. separation of 25 employees and liquidation of assets. • Brand controlling, e.g. for the expansion of Pringles into Holland, for the launch of Mini-Pringles in the UK, etc.

• Accountable to the Associate Director F&A, leader of the Corporate Finance team in Western Europe. • Delivered new overhead transfer pricing calculations and the related accounting processes following P&G’s move to a new corporate structure with a Swiss Regional Entrepreneur and commissionaire / distributor entities in Western Europe. • Close collaboration with a network of internal tax experts, external auditors and the country accounting experts.
