Having joined NP Group's IP Communications & Networking, Infrastructure and Cloud division, I am responsible for developing relationships with both clients and senior level candidates in a 360 capacity with a particular focus on the Wireless market. Working with consultancies, system integrators, equipment vendors, and end users delivering professional services solutions, contingency search, outsourced technical delivery and executive search staffing solutions for customers on a global basis.

I was bought into Atlantic as an experienced Headhunter, with a view to establishing a Telecoms practice.

Q4 are a Boutique search and selection firm specialising in various sectors across the IT Industry. I headhunted candidates for positions ranging from account - board level in both the public and the private sector operating predominantly across the advisory and outsourcing space.

I was a member of the Territorial Army for a period of 3 years. Originally joining up based in London I transferred to REME - Cheshire - I left the Army upon my relocation back down to London
