Driving single source-solutions to office, hospitality and residential art installations small or large and extensive retail product development.

 Directly reporting to Senior Sales Director  Marketing and selling off-plan and finished properties throughout the UAE and Middle East  Customer and agent relations support  New agent registration and operation support and product knowledge  Situation and problem solving for existing clients  Attending international property exhibition

 Intensive research of real estate markets  Reported directly to Chief Marketing Officer and direct cooperation with Regional Director and Sales Managers  Product marketing and price coordination  Staff training of over 120 telemarketers  Attending and running international property exhibitions around Europe

 Reporting directly to Operations Manager and General Manager  Daily Sales Report for Hotel Management  Guest relations services and problem solving  In charge of hotel security and Health & Safety Records  Front office operation and currency exchange  In charge of duty team (10 – 15 members of team)  Staff training (customer service, problem solving, fire training, product knowledge, reservation and sales, currency exchange and currency security)  Attending weekly meeting of Hotel Mgmt
