Conference called with Sales Heads of various offices in Asia to discuss market ideas and sales, operational, compliance, and credit control matters. Visited clients and corporations to explore business opportunities and negotiate key terms of services (e.g., private placement, margin financing, IPO). Supervised 40 salespeople and team of support staff.

Recruited by US$80M retail and institutional equity brokerage and research firm after major management and shareholder fallout. Challenged to halt flow of employee resignations and rebuild entire stockbroking business under hostile internal/external environment. Managed JV shareholder relationship in Singapore and Malaysia on behalf of London headquarters following management fallout. Navigated “landmines” and cultivated strong relationships with shareholders.
