Management of extensive pipeline of Renewable projects (25 000 MW in CEE) - responsibility for technical and economical projects evalution, due diligence and acquisition processes. Communication with developers of windpower and hydropower projects, negotiation with RES technology manufacturers and O&M suppliers. Benchmarking and Market analysis, search for new acquisition opportunities, O&M strategy.

Position in the Business operation unit with responsibility for preparation and realization of investment projects. The scope of projects covered new energy sources (hydropower plants, CCGTs, coal-fired power plants and biomass cofiring) and expert support for Energy Distribution companies owned by ČEZ abroad (Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Albania). Outsourcing of Meter reading and Meter management services in Albanian DSO.

Responsiblity for electronic Daily Auction of cross-border transmission capacity within the CEE region (Germany, Austria, Poland, Slovak Republic) and Day-ahead market with Ancillary Services in Czech Republic. Managing team of 6 trade dispatchers and development of electronic system for the management of electricity trading. Implementation of new information system for management of electricity trading (DAMAS Energy). Member of expert group of ENTSO-E association.

Operational purchasing, issuing and evaluation of inquiries tenders. Preparation of contract documentation and its administration. Monitoring the activities of key subcontractors and their reference, market research.
