Major achievement was to launch the new HONKA FUSION concept in Europe. One of my key focus areas was to plan & implement a systematic sales training for HONKA FUSION. This was done in a close cooperation with Mercuri International in Finland and in Germany.

Results of the turnaround: Turnover before: 2,8 M€ Turnover after: 2,1 M€; EBITDA before - 365 T€; EBITDA after: +26 T€.
