 Build up list of requirements on potential logistic service providers  Meeting with logistic service providers representatives and evaluate their capacity, the services they provide.  Discuss with CEO on the outcome of the meetings profiling of the companies and advising on the next actions to be taken for evaluation.  Providing insight of warehouse operations and flow of operations for eCommerce from logistic prospective.

In charge of supply chain and logistic activities of a rapidly increasing fashion retail for international company, importing annually over $20M goods, increasing operations rapidly. With excellent communication and planning skills, ensured interdepartmental coordination.

Key responsibilities: • Manage inbound and outbound logistic and supply chain. • Coordinate with international and local suppliers on ensuring timely delivery of items. Managed warehouse staff, performed purchasing to local vendors and ensuring regular flow of medical consumables, stationery and cleaning material. • Stock management by using SAP software, MM module, management of third party stock. • Responsible for custom clearance of medical supplies, consumables and chemicals.
