Was responsible for all aspects of Marketing for Language Line Services. In addition to all regular Market Management and traditional marketing functions, I was also responsible for Product Management, building and growing Indirect Sales Channels (Authorized Agents and Wholesale), Web Marketing Programs, and Public Relations.

As OnLine Interpreters Vice President and General Manager, I was responsible for day-to-day management and overal P/L for the Company. I took over this start up company in 1999 and over the span of three years, grew it to be the second largest Over-the-Phone Services provder in the industry. OnLine Interpreters was acquired by Language Line Services in 2002, and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary.

Created new Marketing Organization for AT&T Language Line Services, an AT&T Business Unit, and Managed this organization for 10 years. Responsible for all Marketing Programs, Advertising, Market Management, and Product Management.

AT&T Headquarters Market Management. Worked in the Strata Development and Strategic Planning Organizations responsible for developing Major Accounts Sales Strata within AT&T Business Network Sales Headquarters Group. Basking Ridge and Bridgewater NJ.

Corporate Sales within AT&T Business Network Sales Organization, managing Major Accounts within the San Francisco Bay Area.
