• Optimization and planning of BPs Northwest European supply chain for fuels (MoGas, Diesel, Heating Oil and Jet) and bio components with an integrated LP model • Maximizing the integrated value for BP by evaluating the most beneficial operating strategy for BP’s German refineries and product import system • Driving the business by identifying commercial opportunities as well as stimulation of discussions and projects

• Management and coordination of all activities of the Bayernoil optimization team • Implementing and steering production plans for the 262 kbbl/d Bayernoil refinery (850kt/month), including scheduling of logistics and handling of day to day business • Developing options for cross-asset optimization and margin improvement, including LP-based modeling and evaluation • Driving optimization of the entire value chain from crude oil to product

• Prepare production plans for PCK and Bayernoil refinery • Support of cut over process during RuhrOel Joint Venture dissolution

• Plan and schedule transports via rail, barge and seagoing vessel including stocks management • Support contract negotiations with customers • Represent transports and deals in SAP R3

• Analyse the European refining and chemical market • Develop business cases and strategies for BP’s European refining assets • Represent BP in the European refining association Concawe • Local advisor for the Solomon Refining benchmarking tool
