• Lead for a department in a front office upgrade project • Lead of a team for the analysis of existing and design of new trade processes for EMIR/Dodd Frank Act • Lead of a team for the analysis of existing and design of new trade processes in order to introduce new struct. derivatives • Change manager for the implementation of a new front office system

• Structuring, pricing and risk measurement of complex and exotic fixed income as well as FX instruments • Daily, weekly, monthly PnL and risk reporting to the board of directors, the head of treasury and other stake holders • Implementation of new pricing models to the existing pricing engine (NumeriX and Kondor+) • Design and implementation of processes for the import of market data into the pricing engine and the front office system

• Analysing the prevailing processes and workflows for customer complaints • Design of a trouble ticket system in order to document and optimise the workflow and the processes involved • Implementation of the designed business solution • Design of an intranet customer data management system to provide key account managers with a single access point to customer data • Training workshops for the Employees

• Planning of the necessary IT Infrastructure for the company • Purchase and maintenance of the company’s IT Infrastructure • Training workshops for the Employees
