- Leading the Munich consultancy office - Managing complex analyses and strategic consulting projects incl. dashboard visualization for DAX clients - Exploring, defining and launching int. KPI frameworks translating strategy into tangible targets - Developing new digital solutions based on various sources to measure digital brand impact - Running social listening trainings and data analytics workshops with 40+ participants

Leading a team of performance specialists - setting the right targets for daily operations, supporting the business in achieving its strategic goals and driving a KPI mindset. By identifying opportunities and challenges pro-actively, we develop innovative ways to test and implement customer-oriented solutions.

Responsible for Content project management on roadmap level; part of the core teams launching UHD/ Sky+ Pro receiver, and currently SkyQ in Germany. Support of strategic product development, budget- and forecast planning as well as long-term program development. Operational responsibility including recruiting for up to 5 internal and external/ consultant project managers.

Key-Account Management of SES-PS (Playout Services) and Satellite Capacity Provider (SES Astra) Technical-, project- and contract management: Playout, Encoding, Scrambling & Distribution (DVB-S and DVB-C) of all Sky Channels, Bandwidth Mgmt, OTRS Administrator, insights into SkyGo Streaming and onDemand products as well as Set-up-Box services including Anytime and several other applications.
