Pilot scale fermentation in steel (15-100-L), single use (300-1000 L) bioreactors (fedbatch and perfusion), wave (20-200 L) and shake flasks. Data evaluation with the in Lucullus (PIMS) and Delta-V. Additional Role: Ordering responsible and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) representative. Responsibility for HSE compliance of labs and facilities. Active participation at internal HSE audits and awareness campaigns.

Experence in cell culture assays for antigen production (HEK cells). Small scale assays from 2mL in plate scale to shake flasks up to 3 Liter scale. Protein analysis with SDS and Western blotting. Stable cell line production with analysis in FACS and Celigo system.

Practical experience in fermentation of microbial cells in glass (2 L), steel (15-100-L), single use (50 L) bioreactors and shake flasks and data evaluation with the in Lucullus (PIMS). Protein analysis with SDS-PAGE, Western blotting and total protein assays (Bradford, BCA assay). Additional Role: Ordering responsible and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) representative.

Molecular Biology DNA-Cloning and vector design, PCR, DNA sequencing and analyses using Vector NTI software. Clone picking and cell assays with radioactive substances (Tritium and S35) for target validation. High- and medium throughput screening with FLIPR (High throughput cellular screening)
