Team Leader activities: As the Team Leader I am responsible for the disciplinary lead of a team of engineers (>20 people) including team staffing and capacity planning. P&L responsibilities: --> Profit and Loss responsibilities for running projects --> Calculate and execute quotation activities Functional and technical responsibility as project leader --> Largely independent project responsibilities for several control units/ components for a Premium OEM

• Project responsibility for several control units in the roof interior (customer BMW) • Technical leadership of the team consisting of 8 SE team leaders and 4 development engineers • Target-oriented planning and implementation of measures to achieve and maintain agreed targets (productivity, delivery dates, quality, costs, etc.) • Project reporting: preparation of relevant documents (German, English) • Project budget tracking, planning and control

• Responsibility of the series development of the control unit for the tailgate functions • Component responsible on all board meetings at BMW • Leading the development team (SE-Team) • Defining, agreeing, documenting goals and requirements and distributing the work packages • Coordination and control of the 1st TIER supplier • Interdepartmental coordination of requirements and changes • Creation, maintenance and release of functional, component specification sheets
